Which of these eggs look better to you, lol. I found a post on craigslist for fresh free range eggs delivered all summer! I'm pretty thrilled. I was telling my office mate and he offered to bring me some of his chicken eggs (who knew he had chickens?). But, I think I will stick to the family trying to make some money selling backyard eggs. Local, fresh, backyard eggs- did I say delivered- doesn't get much better.
I hope everyone is having a nice easter. Did everyone else wake up too early and is buzzing on chocolate eggs? Aden is exuberant about these holidays. He came rushing in about every 2 minutes between 6:30-7 to tell us in detail about everything in his easter basket individually. What a cutie! Teya is starting to question, but she is not sure enough to jeopardize gifts and really likes hunting for eggs.
We are not planning on our traditional rosemary lamb today. We got some cute little game hens- one for everyone. Fresh artichokes from the neighbors trip to California. Yummy. I might breakdown and make some jello salad- but no guarantees. Although for brunch we are considering a buffet (the bonus of casinos)- so we might not end up making any dinner, lol.

oh btw....word on that whole going up to the chalk board thing. I seriously hated that and I'm a pretty confident gal. ok...naked hugs.
